Getting started

Our approach: keep the creative path

Understand where an image came from, how to develop it, and how to create with others, not just obtain a final file.

Trace ideas and make creation visible

BANANAI brings ideas, reference images, prompts, results, and later edits into a creative path you can revisit. A result can begin the next creation, not just end a conversation.

Canvas makes relationships, branches, and complex processes easier to inspect. Cards makes steps, input changes, and results easier to read. They are views of the same creation; changing the layout does not require copying work.

For example, annotate changes to a product photo, try several scenes, then choose one result to outpaint. Keeping references and relationships makes review easier than saving only the final image.

AI offers possibilities; you make the choices

  • Specify what to retain and change. Test a focused set of changes at a time to understand which instructions work.
  • Candidates can coexist. Continue creating adds a step; you need not overwrite the original to explore another direction.
  • Models can misunderstand text, details, or image relationships. Check facts, written text, and usage requirements yourself; generation success does not mean every requirement was met.
  • Sharing grants access to a specific canvas, not your entire account. Agree on editing scope, payment, and how results will be saved before collaborating.

Organization is not backup

Favorites return to sources, inspiration collection keeps valuable creative units, and personal materials organize reusable items independently. These serve different purposes and are not permanent backups of everything.

Download important originals or explicitly back them up to a cloud drive. Unsubmitted drafts, deletion recovery windows, and share-link expiry each need separate attention.
