Membership, subscriptions, and credit purchases
Membership grants creation entitlements; credits pay for usage. Credit packs are not upgrades, and a new subscription is not merely an extension.

Registration starts with Free membership
A guest and registered account are different identities. Registration grants the currently published Free capabilities, storage, and monthly credits. Paid purchase is not required to be a registered user; some models/options still need higher membership.
Free membership continues, but each credit period expires monthly. Unused period credits do not become permanent accumulated balance. Long inactivity does not grant every missed month's credits at once.
Monthly periods follow your membership start, not a universal first-of-month date or exactly 30 days. Inspect the next refresh and expiry; a missing calendar day aligns to that month's last day.
Extra registration trial or referral rewards are separate batches, not permanently increased monthly allowance. Check actual receipt and campaign terms.
Before purchasing
- Compare current/target models, specifications, counts, concurrency, queues, storage, period credits, and term.
- Check market price, currency, and enabled payment channels. Interface language does not change them.
- Check order before paying. Closing/canceling a payment window or seeing failure is neither granted benefits nor a refund request.
- Inspect paid status, current membership, and credit expiry in Orders/Settings. Update or contact support before buying again if unclear.
Entitlements and balance are different
Prices and contractual terms follow purchase/order records. Current runtime model and storage entitlements may change with plan configuration; an old screenshot is not a permanently fixed capability list. Issued credit batches keep their own expiry.

Monthly, annual, and replacement subscriptions
Annual-plan credits arrive in monthly periods, not as an entire never-expiring year. Long-lived Free membership also has expiring credit batches.
A new paid subscription takes effect immediately under a new contract and period, rather than just append old time. Previously issued credits keep original expiry.
Upgrade offsets use complete future months, excluding the already-started credit period. Quotes expire after five minutes; obtain a fresh quote rather than pay from an old one. An offset beyond the new price does not produce cash back.
Order assistance and refunds
Keep the order number and report time, channel, and symptom through Feedback/support. Redact private payment information. Never send payment passwords, codes, or full card details.
Deleting sessions, removing favorites, closing payment windows, or not using the service are not refund actions. Follow actual order state and handling outcome.
