Organize and keep content

Asset Library and personal materials

Trace creative sources, organize materials, and download originals. Deleting an item is not deleting every reference to its image.

CategoryContent and purpose
In useContent referenced by sessions or inspiration. Details locate its source; not an extra personal folder.
Personal materialsAdded, imported, or copied content with independently editable titles, tags, text, and images.
System promptsThe site's read-only catalog, with copying into materials where offered.
External promptsRead from enabled sources; explicit copying creates personal items. A missing remote cover does not mean text is deleted.
Cloud driveBrowse connected permitted directories and explicitly import or back up.

Why In use has no direct Delete

In use indexes creative sources and their session/inspiration uses. It is not another copied file warehouse. Directly erasing a file could break several creative locations.

View and locate here; delete a generation in its original Canvas, Cards, or Chat, or remove inspiration in its library. This preserves source scope, confirmation, and recovery rules.

Personal materials supports material-item editing and deletion. Other content still has its own deletion/removal actions. Shared pickers cannot delete the owner's materials.

What is independent after copying to materials

You get an organized content item with text, image references, and tags, not a backup of the entire graph. Inspiration keeps methods; materials reuse images/text.

One image may appear in both categories while sharing one original. Item and source are independent; deleting either retains the file when the other still needs it.

Copying an output into two folders creates two independently organized items. Deleting one neither deletes the other nor guarantees storage reduction. New edited images need additional file storage.

Add, copy, and edit

  1. Choose/create a personal folder and add content or images; handle compression and wait for upload.
  2. Edit available title, prompt, reply, image, or tags in details and save. Move changes folder, not body text.
  3. Choose a destination when copying. The same source in the same folder does not add duplicates; another folder can have another item.
  4. Check file and permissions before reuse, especially sharing: personal images brought into a share become owner-workspace content.

Browse and select batches

  • Gallery retains image ratios; List helps compare information. Open details or continuous preview and download originals.
  • Drag to box-select on desktop; touch-and-drag starts multi-selection. Left-to-right adds and right-to-left removes. Only loaded items can be selected.
  • Filters and sorting affect scope; scrolling loads additional pages. The first screen is not the whole library, and unloaded items are not selected.
Small images for efficient asset browsing

These are not generation reference files. Open a clearer preview and download the original for delivery.

Download one saved original, not a thumbnail

The original is the saved file, including accepted pre-upload compression. Generated and edited results have their own files; downloading one output does not bundle its inputs.

Default filenames use image identity, version, and actual extension, not necessarily title or upload name. Rename delivery files on your device if needed.

Downloading saves a device copy, not deletion or freed site capacity, and does not export prompts, relationships, or the canvas.

  1. Find an image in In use or Personal materials and choose Download original in details or the enlarged viewer.
  2. Wait for the browser's download to complete, then check file, format, dimensions, and readability on the device. Opening a preview does not save it.
  3. Use original download for delivery, print, or offline keeping, not a screenshot or saving the currently displayed small image.
Shared enlarged-image viewer

The image is still a screen preview. Dimensions and Download original help verify the actual file; thumbnail, preview, and downloaded original differ.

Batch downloads are separate files, not ZIP

  1. Choose category, folder, search, and filters; load needed items by scrolling, then select by checkbox, box selection, or touch multi-select.
  2. Check selection and choose Download. Only image-bearing items download; text-only items are not converted into files. Download is disabled if no selected item has an image.
  3. The browser starts individual original-image downloads, not a ZIP archive. Check every file in its download records.
  4. Handle browser multiple-download permission prompts according to your own safety judgment, then retry only missing images.
  • Selection count can differ from file count: text-only items are skipped and repeated image references may download again. No automatic image-content deduplication.
  • There is no unified site batch completion, failure list, or one-click retry. Use browser records, not the cloud-transfer result panel.
  • Repeated clicks can repeat downloads, with numbered filenames added by the browser. That is not new generation.
  • Batch downloads contain images only, not folder structure, text, tags, or graph links. Organize locally or use cloud backup for direct drive storage.

Unused does not mean zero storage

Successful uploads still consume cloud storage after canceled selection or no generation. Folder organization and lack of generation history do not imply zero capacity.

A filter is not deletion permission or automatic cleanup. Editing sources or retained historical relationships can protect a reference; follow deletion messages, not attempts to bypass checks.

Filters find candidates, not judge value. Liked is a material folder, not the Favorites star destination. Deleting materials and removing favorites differ.

FilterMeaningUse
UnusedPersonal items without a folder or other creative references.Find unorganized idle content, not every idle item.
Not used in creationItems lacking creative references, even if in folders.Review organized but unused items before deciding to keep or delete.

Deleting folders differs from deleting materials

  • Deleting a custom folder removes organization; items remain in All personal materials. Liked and external-source system folders are not ordinary custom folders.
  • Check selection and download important files before deleting materials; no canvas/session seven-day recovery is promised.
  • Images still used by sessions or inspiration remain. Storage changes follow actual statistics.
  • Unused is a filter, not automatic deletion or a waiver of confirmation.
