Getting started
Guests, registration, and sign-in
Understand guest limits and the different effects of registering a new account or signing in to an existing one.

What guests can do
Guests can use the workspace under the current trial rules. Available models, trial credits, and storage are shown in the interface. Actions requiring an account explicitly request registration.
The guest personal area shows identity, registration, language, and theme directly, without expanding a member menu. Guest content is not a permanent archive; register and save important work promptly.
The current standard guest-content lifetime is 180 days from creation, and standard cloud storage is 50 MiB. Returning does not renew the lifetime. Follow your actual trial permissions and remaining allowance.
Register or sign in
- Open registration from the workspace or sign-in page. The site's registration policy selects phone or email; WeChat and Google entries depend on site switches and connection configuration, not region.
- Enter the requested sign-in identifier or registration contact. Complete human verification before requesting a code when required.
- Enter the received code, then set and confirm your password. Follow the resend cooldown and code-expiry countdown rather than repeatedly refreshing to resend.
- Check the workspace and personal-area identity afterward. A share link still has its own access check after sign-in.
Registration does not require a paid plan
A registered account can use the Free plan's published monthly credits and capabilities. Paid plans expand models, specifications, counts, concurrency, and storage. Buying credits alone does not unlock every feature. The Membership chapter displays the current free monthly allowance live.
Free monthly credits expire rather than accumulating forever. Registration rewards and purchased credits have separate batches and terms. Check the estimate before submitting, actual consumption afterward, and credit expiry near renewal.
Sign-in or verification-code problems
- Use a permitted sign-in identifier, not a display name or account ID.
- For email codes, check spam. For phone codes, check the number and SMS reception.
- Use Forgot password and an available verification channel if you cannot remember your password.
- Keep the error message if verification, email, or SMS fails and contact support. Never send support your password or code.
